First Step
Starts with our project analysis where we consider carefully your lifestyle needs and project budget - in relation to your vision. This analysis includes an examination of your home site to develop the blend of form & function that will make the difference between having a home you can live with & one that you love!
Second Step
We help you design your home using floor plans, conceptual drawings and finally, finished architectural plans for permit application. a scope of work is created where specifications & materials are determined. Then accurate costing of your project is prepared & a schedule is developed.
Third Step
The construction phase is the last step in completing the process. My House Design/Build Team works hard to have your project completed in a timely & efficient manner with quality trades & craftsmen who are as passionate in building your home as you are in dreaming of it!
