This older rancher style house in South Surrey required additional space as well as an update to aesthetic upgrade to the exterior. To solve the space issue, My House added 600 sq ft above the garage as well as a solarium to the kitchen than also went along with a full kitchen renovation. The solarium drastically opened up the space in the kitchen, giving it a much more open feel as well increasing the year round natural light and views of the surrounding garden that flow into the kitchen. To further update the exterior a gable was added to the main entry and new stone work. The other focus point of this renovation - the kitchen - was updated with high quality Columbia cabinets, durable tile floor and matching tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. New windows, crown moldings, and paint were added to the Master Bedroom to and rest of the house to revitalize the rest of the house.
