New Westminister

- A wood beam and glass Sunroom addition enabled the kitchen to be enlarged and modernized. Stunning floor-to-ceiling cherrywood cabinetry with granite countertops and tiled backsplash are set atop a beautiful heated ceramic floor. High Performance HEATMIRROR 33 Glass in the ceiling ensures, low heat gain, and virtually no ultraviolet light fading.

- A Spacious Master bedroom suite, boasts a walk-in closet, sumptuous ensuite bath, vaulted ceiling with French doors leading to a large deck featuring Trex composite decking and relocation of main bath

- All new 'HouseSmart' Vinyl windows with LowE Squared glass and argon keep heat in the winter, while reducing heat gain and ultraviolet light fading in the summer. New insulation and a high efficiency furnace/air conditioner finish off the energy efficiency upgrades.

- New stained, fir doors throughout the house enhance the refinished oak hardwood floors. Porcelain tiled floors from the entryway through the new kitchen, and both bathrooms offer lasting durability and low maintenance.

- Outside: A redesigned front entry, porch and roofline; James Hardy siding; and Fiberglass shingle Roof; the decks were constructed with "Trex" composite decking for long life and no maintenance, with Aluminum framed railing. This is an excellent example of quality materials and thoughtful design creating an incredible improvement to a basic home with "good bones". New gutters and down pipes completed the exterior renovation.

- Landscaping including new sod, plants and black lava rock, and a complimenting exposed aggregate walkway. In the back yard a redesigned paving stone patio and re-seeded lawn complete the project.
