Vancouver Home

This renovation was a complete rebuild of the home. Becoming the first Net Zero renovated home in all of Greater Vancouver, it is essentially a brand new home for the clients. Certified Built Green Platinum, it features a long list of upgrades that ensure energy efficiency and a healthy environment.

To make this home livable for the long term it was important for these homeowners to have 2 principal suites on the main floor. To accommodate this, we took square footage from a secondary living room, knowing the main living room would become a striking gathering place. By adjusting the opening between the dining and great room, as well as taking the ceiling up to its structural vault – we created a spacious living room that makes an incredible first impression and is perfect for entertaining guests or hosting family gatherings.

Coquitlam Home

On the main floor of this home we modernized not only the finishes but the layout by rearranging the floor-plan to allow for a larger great room. The previous kitchen and dining room swapped places in this renovation, allowing for the dining room to feature a large patio door out to the yard.

The home received a small addition to enlarge the family room, and the living room was converted into a self-contained quiet space where the family can enjoy the fireplace, and relax; all without the noise and bustle of the great room impacting the space. All other rooms in the home were completely refreshed with new flooring, paint, tile and fixtures. It is now a timeless home that the family will be able to enjoy for a long time!

Delta Home

This project was a full home interior renovation for a young, growing family. Creating better functionality within the home was an important aspect of this project. Therefore, the kitchen was opened up to allow for better flow within the design, and the basement was optimized for practicality.

The previous kitchen used to be small and dark, with dated design features. The family’s new kitchen is now bright, and feels much larger because of the open concept design. Bespoke arched millwork in the kitchen acts as a focal point, and adds a sense of softness to the space. Interior fixtures throughout the home were swapped out for more modern options, tile work was updated, new paint was added, and so much more! A home that was once lacking both light and life, is now a home that this family can enjoy for many years to come.

Surrey Home

An in-construction project, this multi-generational home was in need of a refresh. In addition, the layout didn’t quite work for the younger generation’s growing family. Upstairs we have removed walls that segregated the space so that we can create a front-to-back great room with vaulted ceilings. Superfluous rooms such as the formal living and dining rooms were eliminated so that the other rooms could be larger and more functional.

The outside of this home is getting a complete update as well, with new windows and doors, new vinyl siding in a modern look, and the addition of architectural elements like triangular shaped transom windows. We’re sure this family will love their renovated home for generations to come!
