During Feasibility, we look at your goals and “what you have”, including existing structure, and any issues in drainage, mechanical, structural or electrical systems you may be concerned about. Bylaws are analyzed and we do a preliminary scope of work after getting approval of some functional concepts.
During Design, we draw floor plans, specify materials to use, get scope of work and budget finalized, apply for permits, and set a construction calendar.
During Construction, we work on foundation, drainage, framing, implement mechanical and electrical systems or changes, do insulation and drywall, and finishing/detailing, of course.
The My House Design Build Team is proud of the care we take in going through the comprehensive construction checklist with you when a project is finished. Your Project Manager will also do a walk through with you. Satisfied home owners also enjoy the fact that we take photos of your completed project and offer a comprehensive 2/5/10 warranty.
