This condo renovation focused on transforming a closed-off, dated layout into an open, modern, and cohesive space.
Approach
We reconfigured the kitchen by removing the dividing wall, allowing it to flow seamlessly into the living area. New modern white cabinetry, updated flooring, and fresh paint throughout brightened the entire home and created a more spacious feel.
To improve functionality and layout, we relocated the fireplace, giving the main living area better balance and flexibility. Updated finishes and a clean, modern aesthetic brought new life to the condo, turning it into a bright, open, and inviting home perfectly suited for contemporary living.
