This project transformed an existing space into a fully legal secondary suite, designed for rental income and long-term durability. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout is rare and highly functional, offering a comfortable living arrangement for tenants.
Approach
The design focused on cost-effective, durable materials while still including key upgrades, such as quartz countertops in the kitchen for a modern, clean finish. A high-end Enviroshake roof was also installed, providing long-lasting protection and curb appeal
The result is a bright and light, practical, stylish, and highly rentable secondary suite that maximizes functionality and value.
