This renovation transformed a dark, cramped, and dated home into a warm and inviting space tailored for modern living. In the kitchen, we introduced two-tone cabinetry that extends all the way to the ceiling for maximum storage, along with a newly added pantry to further improve functionality. The updated fireplace features a neutral stone façade with built-in storage on both sides, creating a cohesive connection to the kitchen’s design.
Approach
To brighten the interior, we enlarged the window to allow more natural light to fill the room, complemented by traditional, timeless finishes that give the home a classic yet refreshed feel. Throughout the house, new flooring and paint bring consistency and warmth, while the staircase was updated with a new runner and spindles for a cleaner, more refined look.
We also enclosed the front room, creating a cozy, private space separated from the main hub of the home—perfect for quiet moments or focused work.
