This apartment underwent a stunning renovation, transforming it from a dull, dated space into a fresh, clean, and modern home. The transformation started with the kitchen, where the previously closed-off galley style was opened up to create a seamless flow between the kitchen and living areas.
The cabinetry was upgraded to a sleek, contemporary design with modern silver detailing, while old, worn tile was replaced with a luxurious marble slab, adding sophistication to the space. New wood flooring was installed throughout the home, bringing warmth and continuity to every room.
The living room received a fresh update with a newly faced fireplace, designed to complement the modern aesthetic of the home. In the bathroom, the outdated brass finishes were replaced with a completely revamped design.
The space now includes a brand-new toilet, a stylish fresh vanity with ample storage, and elegant penny tile flooring. Additionally, a wall support bar was added to ensure aging-in-place accessibility, and a new, lip-free shower was installed to improve mobility, making the bathroom both beautiful and functional.
