Recognizing the home’s potential, the client wanted to totally transform their mid-80’s home both inside and out. The My House Design Team incorporated Feng-Shui principles: completely reconfiguring the main floor and re-aligning staircases and doorways for better flow.

The client loves to entertain, an 800-square-foot crawl-space was converted into a theatre, bar and wine-cellar with a beautiful recycled/ upcycled wine barrel flooring.
