Alpine Spa
Prior to this renovation, this Coquitlam home remained in its original as-built condition, which included an ensuite layout that was non-functional and outdated finishes in the kids bathroom. Our primary goal was to enhance the overall layout, functionality, and aesthetics of the ensuite, offering homeowners a more inviting and luxurious experience.
To achieve this, we made strategic changes to the ensuite and primary closet layouts, creating an open concept design with a larger shower and a double sink vanity. We also incorporated high-quality finishes, including custom walnut bathroom vanities, quartz countertops, and a freestanding tub with a deluxe filler. Additionally, we installed in-floor heating in both bathrooms to ensure optimal comfort.
