This newly transformed home boasts a spectacular view from its new, 1000-square-foot rooftop deck overlooking English Bay and the North Shore mountains. Livable and beautiful, this home was redesigned entirely in a refined French Provincial style.

Recognizing the home’s potential, the client wanted to totally transform their mid-80’s home both inside and out. Attention was paid to creating thoughtful green spaces throughout the property in additional to the incredible multi level rooftop deck. The exterior was updated with new stone work, black accents and cleaner lines – including replacing all the windows, which helped to modernize this home.
