We are excited to invite you to the 24th Greater Vancouver Home Builders Parade of Homes! This annual event showcases an exclusive collection of professionally custom-built and renovated homes in Metro Vancouver. This year My House Design/Build Team has 3 homes on the parade located in North Vancouver, Port Moody, and Surrey. These homes showcase the breadth of style and size of the projects we do. Port Moody Home
As this year’s Renovator of the Year, My House Design/Build/Team presents this whole home renovation, customized inside and out, with extensive landscaping. This Parklane subdivision, craftsman-style home is completely transformed! A perfect example of how to take a typical house with small rooms and open it up. Surrey Home
As this year’s Renovator of the Year, My House Design/Build/Team presents this personal oasis of family-centric design combined with a year-round outdoor living space. Sure to inspire you, this home features a hand made leaded glass front door, a soaring floor to ceiling quartz fireplace, and an open tread stairwell with a stunning glass wall. It’s new open concept layout creates a great room space for family entertaining, with easy flow from indoor to outdoor living spaces, as well as a luxury Butler’s Pantry. A neutral palette was used throughout with subtle interjections of spa green to give the overall space a calming effect. This home is the perfect blend of modern artistry and comfort.
North Vancouver Home
As this year’s Renovator of the Year, My House Design/Build/Team presents this Deep Cove home for that Deep Cove lifestyle! This modern, west coast home was given new life and added curb appeal with a complete whole home renovation. The kitchen was entirely transformed, with quartz counter tops and a glass tile back splash, refreshing the heart of the home. A modern glass and metal staircase leads to the second floor where a functional home office includes custom built-ins and a concealed murphy bed. Just down the hall is a private and serene master suite. It contains it’s own study to read or watch TV as well as a luxurious bedroom and ensuite areas.
