HAVAN Awards Winner – Best Custom Home: $3 Million – Under $5 Million

The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards for Housing Excellence is an annual awards program for residential new-home construction, renovation, and design in Metro Vancouver.

My House Design/Build Team is honoured to have been announced as a winner in the category “Best Custom Home: $3-million – Under $5-million” for their project Riverview Chateau.

Riverview Chateau is a chateau inspired custom home with stunning views of the Fraser River. It has an open-concept kitchen, expansive glass across back of home to maximize river views and outdoor living including covered outdoor pool/hot tub entertainment area. It was entirely customized to the clients’ needs and nestled on two acres of beautiful riverfront land.
