This multi-generational home was in need of a refreshing transformation. Our aim was to update finishes, fixtures, and enhance the layout to meet the growing needs of the younger generation’s family.
Our first step involved removing walls on the upper level, creating an inviting open floor-plan that embraces modern living. The highlight of this redesign is the spacious great room, adorned with a breathtaking vaulted ceiling that adds a touch of grandeur to the space.
This complete transformation extends beyond the interior. The exterior of the home received a full refresh, encompassing new windows, doors, and sleek vinyl siding. The resulting look is a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and architectural emphasis, seamlessly integrating into the family-friendly neighbourhood.
We have no doubt that this renovated home will be cherished by the family for many generations to come, providing them with a comfortable and stylish sanctuary they can proudly call their own!

Through thoughtfully planned space planning, walls were removed to create an open-concept living space that exudes modernity and spaciousness. The kitchen has undergone a dramatic makeover. The introduction of timeless quartz countertops and deep green cabinets adds a touch of elegance that will stand the test of time. A beautiful and relatable family home. We breathed new life into this space with stunning upgrades, including fresh vinyl plank flooring, trims, and a new colour palette.
The bathroom underwent a stylish update, featuring a modern shower base and eye-catching wall tiles. In the laundry room, we enhanced functionality and aesthetics with sleek new cabinets and a sophisticated counter.
The addition of two exquisite fireplaces with beautiful surrounds brought a sense of warmth and elegance to the space. The kitchen received a complete makeover, boasting custom cabinets, quartz counters, and a tasteful tile backsplash.
Upstairs, we worked our magic on the hardwood floors, refinishing them to reveal their natural beauty. We also revamped the railing and added new tile treads to the stairs, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the home.
The homeowners are delighted to have a transformed home they can cherish and enjoy for a lifetime!

The kitchen is undergoing a remarkable addition, featuring stunning vaulted ceilings that bring a sense of spaciousness to the area. Ample windows throughout the house will invite an abundance of natural light, infusing the space with a bright and inviting ambiance. The goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make both the family and their guests feel at ease.
The exterior of the home is also undergoing a revitalization, with the addition of new aluminum siding, a stylish covered deck, and carefully planned landscaping that will seamlessly tie everything together.
